Salesforce and Nvidia Integrate Their AI Platforms

Salesforce Inc. and Nvidia Corp. will jointly develop advanced AI features for corporate software as stated in a press release from Salesforce.

The companies plan to integrate Nvidia's AI platform, which includes tools for developing and deploying artificial intelligence models and accelerated computing (accelerated calculations performed using hardware accelerators), with Salesforce’s CRM platform and its tool for creating AI agents (autonomous programs that solve tasks without human intervention) named Agentforce.

These new features will enhance sales efficiency, marketing strategies, customer service support, and IT operations. They can be applied to crisis management, predicting route changes or delivery schedules based on current weather conditions, as well as real-time resolution of client issues.

AI agents will appear in the form of digital avatars (animated characters) and will be able to recognize speech, recite text, and provide visual responses through context usage.

Salesforce anticipates that billions of Agentforce AI agents will be implemented within the next few years.
