Expertum Group Acquires Dutch-Limburg SAP Service Provider Qrcus

Following the acquisition of Partners in Technology in June, Expertum Group has now also taken over Qrcus: an SAP service provider just across the border in Limburg.

Qrcus, founded in 2001 and based in Sittard, primarily focuses on broad SAP services for clients ranging from SMEs to larger multinationals in the southern part of the Netherlands. The Belgian-Dutch SAP specialist Expertum acquired Partners in Technology earlier this summer and is now also bringing Qrcus on board. This way, Qrcus can apply its functional SAP knowledge and expertise in services and projects for Expertum. In return, Expertum gains access to Qrcus' specialized expertise.

Through the acquisition, Expertum continues to grow in the Netherlands with a workforce of approximately 100 employees, with Sjoerd van Middelkoop as CEO. Spread across locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Croatia, and Slovenia, the group now totals 225 employees. Additionally, there is also a change in management at Qrcus: Ger Beckers steps down from his role as a director. His responsibilities will be taken over by managing director Janne Meijers and Peter Dassen.
