The gadget wakes up with melodies from popular games, can track how often you toss and turn at night, and supports gesture control. Sales will begin in 2025.
The Japanese company Nintendo has presented a new gadget. No, it's not the Nintendo Switch 2 console, but a smart alarm clock called Alarmo. It wakes up with melodies from popular games and can track the user's sleep.
Alarmo has a round shape and a "cartoonish" design. The front area is dominated by a colorful OLED screen. On it, in addition to the date and time, familiar characters from popular Nintendo games will flicker. For example, you can see characters from Super Mario Odyssey (yes, Mario and Luigi are not forgotten), The Legend of Zelda, Pikmin 4, Splatoon 3, and Ring Fit Adventure. In total, 35 musical scenes are provided. Later, the company promises to add free melodies from games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Mario Kart 8.
Features and specifications of the Nintendo Alarmo alarm clock
- You can set the wake-up time and turn off the alarm by waving your hand;
- Each new delayed alarm signal becomes louder and more intense;
- The gadget tracks the number and quality of sleep;
- Tracks how often you toss and turn in bed;
- Turns off when the user gets out of bed on both legs.
Alarmo not only helps you wake up, but also fall asleep. The alarm clock has pre-installed relaxing melodies that can be turned on before bedtime to better prepare for rest. There is also a reminder function - the alarm clock can store lists of tasks and sound a signal when it's time to complete them.
