Heel Introduces Virtual Leash with Autoprox Technology

Heel, a company specializing in pet products, has introduced the innovative Roam 350 virtual leash, a device that allows pet owners to safely control their dog's movement from a distance. The system, based on a patented Autoprox technology, includes a collar and a remote control.

Roam 350 allows for a virtual leash length ranging from 3 to 229 meters. If the dog ventures beyond the set boundaries, the device automatically sends a warning signal.

Owners can choose from two correction options: vibration or a mild electric pulse if the dog violates the rules of the walk. Developers highlight that Roam 350 is particularly useful during hikes, bike rides, or in areas where dogs can freely explore their surroundings.

The system supports control of up to three collars from a single remote, which is convenient for owners of multiple dogs. Roam 350 does not require a cellular connection, Wi-Fi, or GPS, and users receive tactile signals on the remote when the dog receives a warning or correction.

Roam 350 opens up new possibilities for owners, providing convenient and safe control of their dog at significant distances, making walks more comfortable and safe.
