The acquisition of asknet marks a substantial strengthening of the group's presence in Europe's largest education market. Asknet GmbH, previously known as asknet Solutions AG, is one of the leaders in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with over 29 years of experience in purchasing software for educational and research institutions.
