The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 specifications have been leaked online, allowing users to see what they expect from the company''s rumoured truly wireless stereo (TWS) headphones. The earbuds are said to offer up to 6 and 9 hours of battery life, both with ANC enabled and disabled participants. The company founded the OnePlus Buds Pro in August 2021 as its most premium TWS earphones to date.
In collaboration with Pricebaba, Steve Hemmerstoffer (Twitter @OnLeaks) revealed the specs of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. It is worth noting that OnePlus is yet to announce intentions to develop a new pair of premium TWS headphones that were launched last year.
Like the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, the OnePlus Buds Pro will feature 11mm and 6mm dual drivers. Another feature of the Oppo Enco X2 TWS earphones is the addition of three microphones on both ears.
According to the report, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will support the LHDC 4.0 codec and spatial audio. This will result in active noise cancellation up to 45dB, which is an improvement over the OnePlus Buds Pro. A supposedly adaptive ANC will also be able to determine the extent of noise cancellation based on a user''s surroundings.
On the battery front, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 is expected to offer up to 9 hours of battery life and 38 hours of battery backup with the charging case, causing users to have a maximum of 6 hours of use and 22 hours with the case, according to reports. However, charging the earbuds for 10 minutes is expected to offer three hours of playback on the case, and 10 hours of battery life on the case, which is also tipped to support wireless charging.
