The Xiaomi 12T series, which includes the flagship smartphones Xiaomi 12T Pro and Xiaomi 12T, has been unveiled for worldwide markets today. As per an earlier information, the Chinese company was expected to broaden the two smartphones at the Xiaomi event scheduled today. Both smartphones feature a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display. Both the 12T series and Xiaomi 12T Pro are also equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and a 120W Hypercharge.
The Xiaomi 12T comes with a triple camera unit powered by a 108-megapixel primary camera, while the Xiaomi 12T Pro is also highlighted by a 200-megapixel imaging system. Both devices are said to charge in 19 minutes, allowing up to 13.5 hours of screen time.
Price and Availability for Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro
The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro were launched on Tuesday for global markets. Both the devices will be available for purchase starting October 13 through Xiaomi official channels. Both the phones will come in three colour variations: Black, Blue, and Silver.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro will be available in three storage options: The primary 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model will be available for EUR 749 (nearly Rs. 60,500). The smartphone will also offer an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, as well as a 12GB RAM +256GB storage option.
The Xiaomi 12T will come in only two storage modes. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage will cost EUR 599 (nearly Rs. 48,800), while there will be an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model.
Xiaomi 12T Specifications
Xiaomi 12T is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra SoC and fully upgraded with an all-new GPU structure. On the optics'' front, it features a triple camera system that includes a 108-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The Xiaomi 12T boasts a 5,000mAH battery that supposedly provides up to 13.5 hours of screen time within 19 minutes. The handset also boasts a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED display, enhanced by smart controls such as AdaptiveSync.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro, which comes with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, is also equipped with a 200-megapixel camera sensor. Interestingly, the smartphone supports 8K video in full resolution.
Both devices have a limited run time of Android 12-based MIUI 13 out-of-the-box.
