Musk has submitted a motion to see additional data on Twitter bot accounts denied by a judge ...

Elon Musk was denied access to additional information about Twitter''s internal tracking of robot and spam accounts, according to a court. Musk has failed to release content on Twitter, citing the use of mDAU, a technique used to identify human users on the social media platform, according to a judge. Musk had been unable to accept a $44 billion (approximate Rs. 3,5 lakh crore) purchaseout of the company.

As they prepare for an October 17 trial on whether the world''s richest person may legitimately leave, Musk and his lawyers have repeatedly accused Twitter of trying to hide key documents and witnesses.

The billionaire claims that the company had not met with him about the number of spam and bot accounts used by over 230 million users. Twitter claims that Musk has a buyer''s remorse and his concerns are a pretext to exit a transaction.

Musk''s request for Twitter officials to conduct additional searches of the files under the terms user-active minutes, (UAM) or stickiness, two methods of measuring how long users stay on the platform was denied by McCormick.

Both sides have given a foul of subpoenas and deposition requests to banks, investors, and advisors involved in the teetering transaction. McCormick has been forced to rule on about a half-dozen issues over document disclosures and other discovery concerns.

Chris Sontchi, a retired bankruptcy judge, has been appointed as a special master in discovery proceedings. Sontchi, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has now served as a mediator and as a judge on the Singapore International Commercial Court.
