PlayStation Plus'' monthly free games for October 2022 have been announced. These games will be available to PS Plus subscribers starting next week. The racing game Hot Wheels Unleashed, the side-scrolling superhero fighter Injustice 2, and the smash-hit FPS Superhot are also available on your PS games library. This will be followed by your subscriptions until October 31, and you may be required to keep them on your list.
On Wednesday, Sony confirmed the additions on the PlayStation Blog, stating that the higher-tier PS Plus Extra and Premium/ Deluxe subscribers will be given new titles.

In this arcade simulation based on the Hot Wheels universe, players may compete in two-player split screen or online multiplayer to compete against others, earning rewards to unlock more cars fully customizable with paint jobs and attachments. Hot Wheels Unleashed will be available for play on PS4 and PS5.
The creators of Mortal Kombat return to the DC Universe with a sweeping cast of iconic superhumans as they clash against each other in epic-scale battles. Injustice 2 combines Superman''s mad tyrant arc, while adding gameplay improvements such as a gear system, which offers character-specific costume items and status-altering effects. Despite the fact that the main mechanics retain the same angle, Injustice 2 will be available for play on PS4.
Superhot, which breaks the boundaries between strategy and pure mayhem, throws you into a polygonal realm outnumbered and outgunned. You select up dropped weapons to slice and manoeuvre through an onslaught of slow-motion bullets. In this world, time only moves when you do, with a single-hit death mechanic, which forces you to strategise each step. Superhot will be available on PS4.
Sony has reiterated that all PlayStation Plus subscribers may have a few extra days until October 3 to add the AAA racing titles Need for Speed Heat, Granblue Fantasy: Versus, and indie gem Toem to their library. These are the three free games that were initially scheduled for September.
The monthly free games are included with all three levels for PlayStation Plus in India. Essential costs Rs. 499 per month, while the Extra costs Rs. 749 per month, and the Deluxe is also Rs. 849 per month.
