Samsung has apparently launched the One UI 5 beta 3 this week. It provides feature-based app support, snappier animations, and others. However, the feature appears to be the addition of the lock screen to Apple''s iOS 16 variants, which presumably was one of the most talked about features of this operating system.
Samsung has apparently cloned iOS 16''s Lock Screen via the One UI 5 beta 3 update, according to a tweet by Vaibhav Jain (@vvaiibhav). Long-pressing the screen allows users to customize the interface that appears quite similar to the layout offered in iOS 16.
Compared to the eight iOS 16 variants, Samsung users may choose between five clock styles. Similarly, both systems offer a ''Collection'' of backgrounds with a similar layout.
Jain and other Twitter users were quick to mention that these features were already available on Samsung''s Good Lock app. Apple speculates that the layout was initially cloned. Apple supporters argue that Samsung only offered these features natively after iOS 16 was introduced with the Lock Screen.
