Half of Brits have slammed using their phone in public, even if they don't like it ...

Ofcom, a UK digital regulator, has discovered that around half of people in the country are loudcast from their phones in public. As you may haveguessed, loudcasting is when someone plays music or watches videos on their phone in public loudly without earbuds, an act which reportedly annoys eight in ten people in the United Kingdom.

As you might know, loudcasting is more likely to be conducted by young people, and the more anxious you are when you learn it. Funnily enough, three-quarters of loudcasters find the practice to be unsettling when they hear someone elses phones, and it seems like it just hasnt been sent through to them.

People who make video calls are more likely to be playing music when they were younger, according to their findings. Those who made video calls also showed that people were more likely to be playing music if they were from a black, Asian, or minority ethnic background.

If you are a loudcaster and worried about getting told off, instead, make a noise noise. According to the results, only 9% of people have asked others to stop loudcasting. The majority will do nothing or move away from the area. Despite their high standards, however, you must keep an eye on parents because they are more than twice as likely to ask you to be quiet than non-parents.
