Whether you have just got your first Apple Watch or wish to swap out your band for the first time, doing so is different from any other Apple Watch. Follow along for directions to change bands.
There are a slew of affordable Apple Watch band options on Amazon, no matter what band you choose to. However, the process for every Apple Watch model is identical (with the minor exception of link bracelet models).
How to change Apple Watch band
If you do not hear a click when you slide your Apple Watch band in, slide it back and forth past the center point a few times until you do.
The Digital Crown should be on the right-hand side of the Apple Watch. Depending on your preferences or what wrist you wear your Watch, it may be on the left. Click on the button to choose the appropriate watch.
Most Apple Watch bands are designed to be used with the shorter side up top and the longer portion below (although there is no right or wrong here). Make sure your Digital Crown sits on to help you remember when to put the shorter and longer band portions.
