Our recommendations for what to watch this weekend are packed with more worries. Netflix, HBO Max, Peacock, and other streaming services are among the best shows and movies to watch.

It''s not all, however, that some of the greatest television shows are streaming their finals or last-minute episodes, including She-Hulk episode 9, The Rings of Power finale and House of the Dragon episode 9.

Halloween Ends, the last film in the recent trilogy that brought Jamie Lee Curtis back as Laurie Strode, is at the top of the slate. She''s back one last time to take on the villain. Michael Myers.

Ryan Murphy, an American Horror Story master, has developed a new series based on a true story in The Watcher. This series sees a family from New Jersey relocate to a new house only to receive disturbing warnings from their kids.

This weekend watch list includes Shantaram, Shakespearan''s romantic comedy Rosaline, a teen drama High School, and the return of Avenue 5.

Halloween Ends (Peacock)

Halloween can never come to an end, but this entry marks the conclusion of the H40 trilogy created by David Gordon Green and starring Jamie Lee Curtis. Its also Curtis and Nick Castles last appearance as Laurie Strode and Michael Myers, the protagonist and villain of the 1978 original slasher flick.

While she is raising her granddaughter, Laurie is writing her memoir. She has decided not to Michael Myers be able to control her life, but approaches her days with fresh hope. But when a youngster is accused of killing his babysitter charge, a wave of terror breaks over the community. Laurie is forced to confront the evil that has held her whole life once and for all.

The ending of She-Hulk starts with the protagonist down and out. After her rampage at the gala last week was understandable after being humiliated with a revenge porn Jennifer Walters was de-Hulked with an inhibitor, was fired from her job and living with her parents. Pals Nikki and Pug investigate the Intelligencia, while Jen seeks solace at Emil Blonsky''s retreat.

There are a slew of stories and familiar faces converge, including Jen''s old nemesis Titania and her new nemesis the unidentified Hulk-king. Her only objective is to keep the mess fixed and her life (and career) restored.

Episode 8 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Prime Video)

The titular Rings of Power may be forged in the season 1 finale of Amazon''s massive Lord of the Rings series. The story was left off after the devastating impact that transformed the Southlands into Mordor. Galadriel and a seriously injured Halbrand are on their way to meet with elves, she is urging them to fight Sauron and he to recover.

Halbrand''s arrival in elven territory has raised suspicions that he is, in fact, the Dark Lord himself. This season, there are a few indications. The finale note also reveals Sauron''s identity. But then, there''s the possibility of the Stranger. Could he be a young Gandalf?

This is a true American horror tale that is tucked in for good measure. Ryan Murphy, an impresario of horror and crime, is the lead author of this limited series, which focuses on how a New Jersey family was terrorised by outrageous letters from an anonymous stalker.

Dean (Bobby Cannavale) and Nora Brannock (Naomi Watts) move their three kids into their dream home in the Jersey suburbs. Their neighbors include icy realtor Karen (Jennifer Coolidge), nosy Mitch and Mo (Richard Kind, Margo Martindale) and kooky Pearl (Mia Farrow). House of the Dragon episode 8 (HBO Max)

The King is dead, but long live the... well, that''s the question that drives House of the Dragon''s whole history. Although Viserys has breathed his last, the succession isn''t assured. Many lords of Westeros would prefer to seat her brother, Prince Aegon, on the Iron Throne.

Queen Alicent and her father, Hand of the King Otto Hightower, are joined by the two people closest to Viserys before his death. Alicent is now armed with her misunderstood final words of her husband that indicated Aegon should rule. And with Rhaenyra far away on Dragonstone, the greens can easily gain power. Of course, neither the princess nor Daemon will accept that and the civil war is imminent.

Shantaram (Apple TV Plus)

Charlie Hunnam stars in this series based on Gregory David Roberts'' famous, well-known novel. Lin Ford, a convicted bankrobber, was inducted into the limelight in the 1980s, escaping his native Australia to escape the devastating events of Bombay.

Lin meets Karla (Antonia Desplat) an intriguing woman who has fled the world. Soon, he is in a state of emergency.

High School (Freevee)

Tegan and Sara Quin, both of Canada, have formed a pop group renowned for their funny songs and trailblazing LGBTQ+. Their new memoir, High School, is the basis for a more apt kid drama, with so many scenes on Riverdale, Gossip Girl, and others.

Tegan and Sara (played by twin TikTok stars Railey and Seazynn Gilliland) are grown up. But their mother Simone (Cobie Smulders) has recently moved the family to a Calgary suburb. Tegan feels isolated as Sara finds herself close to a new friend, whom she secretly dislikes.

Rosaline (Hulu)

By focusing on Juliet''s cousin, Rosaline (Kaitlyn Dever) drops her interest in Romeo to woo Juliet (Isabela Merced), Rosaline is determined to break them up. She wants her ex-boyfriend to do everything she can to protect this famous romance.

The period setting is characterized by anachronistic language and flourishes, much like Dickinson and The Great''s excellent performances, and it''s like a success. Dever, one of Hollywood''s finest up-and-coming actresses, is also incredibly professional.

The Curse of Bridge Hollow (Netflix)

The Curse of Bridge Hollow, a horror/comedy comedy, has been released on Netflix. Marlon Wayans and Priah Ferguson have been married as a Halloween-hating dad and her adolescent daughter.

Sydney accidentally triggers a supernatural spell, and Halloween decorations are brought to a (mildly) terrible future. She and her father must work together to escape the killer clowns, zombies, and jack olanterns, and reverse the curse before it becomes permanent at midnight.

Avenue 5 season 2 (HBO)

Despite being produced by Armando Iannucci (Veep) and featuring Hugh Laurie, Josh Gad, and Zach Woods, the sci-fi comedy has seemed to be in the way. It''s now back for a second and final season.

Season 2 picks up after an action-gone-awry has extended the trip to eight years. Captain Ryan Clark (Laurie) must find the courage to reveal the truth to the passengers in the show in the near future.
