The Windows 11 Insider update train is just beginning to expand, and now Microsoft has released several new Beta Channel builds, bringing the build numbers to 11621.746 and 22623.746. A quick note: the lower number of the two builds has new features off by default, with the larger number (22623 in this case) already having additional features.
In reality, a rollout of the system Tray icons to 22623.746.746 is a "preliminary support" for the ability to retrofit System Tray icons:

More improvements for this experience are coming soon. As a result, these System Tray updates are still being implemented for everyone in your system. If your PC does not have these changes, your System Tray experience will continue to evolve.
The tablet-optimized taskbar has been found in 22623.746, and one is designed to hide the taskbar.
Both new components are being fixed, according to the following:
Audio and telephone difficulties, tablet-optimized taskbar issues, and difficulties navigating System Tray icons are still common.
