Microsoft announced three Surface computers and an Audio Dock on October 12th. Microsoft upgraded the Surface Laptop 6, Surface Pro 9, and Surface Studio 2+ at the event. The Studio 2+, on the other hand, is a long-term upgrade of the Studio 2 released in 2018.

The Surface Pro 9 is one of the most well-known devices in terms of ARM and Intel-based applications. Microsoft hopes to strengthen Windows 11''s ARM support and address problems about running applications on Windows 11 for the ARM. The Surface Pro 9 also has new colourways that match the Type Cover keyboard. It features a 13-inch 2880x1920p Full-HD+ Pixel Sense Flow display that provides a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 Intel model includes LPDDR5 RAM: 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB, each with up to 1TB storage. The Intel version is rated for up to 15.5 hours of battery and has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, while the ARM version is rated for up to 19 hours and has two Thunderbolt 3.2 ports. The Surface Slim Pen 2 has a dedicated slot to house the tablet.

The ARM model in the United States retails at USD 1,299 (Approx. Rs 1,07,000) while the Intel i5 model starts at USD 999 (Approx. Rs 2,400), and the i7 unit starts at USD 1,599 (Approx. Rs 1,31,800). Adding the Type Cover keyboard will set you back an additional USD 279 (Approx. Rs 23,000) on top of the Surface Pro 9.

An 11th gen Intel core i7-11370H CPU runs the show, and a mobile version of Nvidia''s RTX 3060 6GB GPU is fully integrated in the studio. The Studio 2+ has 32GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB built-in storage.

It has a 28-inch Pixel Sense display that supports sRGB and DCI-P3 colours, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos. It has three USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports that can power three external 4K displays, two USB-A 3.1 ports, a gigabit Ethernet port, and a classic 3.5-mm headphone jack.
