Microsoft has added Build 2308.2210-1900 to Xbox Insiders'' Alpha Skip-Ahead channel. These release notes highlight some significant changes this time around, including a 30% bitrate boost to Game DVR when recording at 720p and 1080p. There are a few more new features as well as a few upgrades.

Game DVR captures at 720p and 1080p now have a 30% increase in bitrate on Xbox Series S|X consoles.
Profile
Do you want to join a friend, but don''t know if they have enough room for something? Starting today, a random subset of users will see the Ask to join feature. They will then receive a notification by entering your profile. Then they can quickly respond with a message or an invitation to join the game.
Xbox Support
Xbox Assist is updating to Xbox Support starting today and will include a new layout and browsing experience that is similar to those found on support.xbox.com.
