The Apple Watch Gentler Streak has the option to manually add workouts, Spanish support, and more ...

Gentler Streak, the popular Apple Watch app designed to help users achieve their fitness goals, was updated this week with several additional features. The app now has the option to manually add non-tracked workouts, as well as support for the Spanish language.

Whats new in Gentler Streak 2.7

Gentler Streak''s new Add Workout Manually feature allows users to record a workout they have done without wearing their Apple Watch. There are also optional details on the users Activity Path as well as tracked workouts.

Contact sports, a dead battery, and watch left at home, are no longer a concern for Activity Paths accuracy, since you may add the missed workout by hand, according to the app description.

Estimate Workouts Intensity, a new feature from Gentler Streak''s 2.7 update, is based on the RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion) Scale, which measures the strength of your body''s actions during a workout.

With the help of the RPE (Rated Perceived Exertion) you may pause your activity path and see how easy/difficult the workout felt for you. The RPE scale shows your usual exertion range for all workout types you previously recorded.

Gentler Streak now has complete support for the Spanish language as well as English. Additional features to the upgrade include new iPhone lock and home screen as well as additional Apple Watch complications.
