The specifications for Lava Storm and Lava Storm Pro have been dropped ahead of the launch ...

Lava, the Indian smartphone company that has lost its market share to China-based companies in recent years, has been looking to make a comeback. At the recent India Mobile Congress, Ashwini Vaishnaw told the public at the time that the upcoming budget 5G smartphone, the Lava Blaze 5G, might be introduced soon. According to a report, the company might also be launching an all-new portfolio of smartphones, called the Lava Storm.

What the Lava Storm series may offer

According to Pricebaba, the Lava Storm series may not be a dedicated 5G-only series, but feature both 4G and 5G versions in its lineup. Lastly, a Lava Pro 5G will be added to this smartphone, which might be the most recent Lava phone to offer 5G connectivity on a budget.

The Storm Pro 5G may be rolled out shortly after the Christmas and year-end festivities, as well as the Lava Blaze (review) 5G as budget 5G devices. However, while the Blaze 5G is anticipated to get its pricing and start selling around the next Diwali weekend, the smartphone may be expanded several weeks later.

The Lava Blaze, which features triple rear cameras, has been designed in India for a price of Rs 9,699.

Tejinder Singh, the Product Head, will bring some unique offerings to the affordable segment.
