Motorola has released a new foldable phone, the Moto Razr (2022, which is reportedly going to Europe, but the announcement does not appear as exciting as one would have expected. The Moto Razr 2022, which includes the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, will be on sale in Europe for around 1,200 (approx. Rs 96,000) which is supposedly cheaper than the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
The performance of the Moto Razr (2022) in Europe is still unclear, yet Motorola appears to have missed a significant chance to defeat Samsung in the foldable segment.

The Moto Razr (2022) comes with a 6.7-inch pOLED display, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a screen that folds in half in the middle. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC, which has 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. It runs on Android 12 OS out of the box.

The Moto Razr (2022) has a 3,500mAh battery with 25W fast-charging capability. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. The Moto Razr (2022) has dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor and a 13MP secondary lens. There is a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
The Moto Razr (2022) has been redesigned this time and it does not resemble the Razr V3 flip phone from 2019. It does not include water resistance, an armour aluminum frame, or a UTG (Ultra-Thin Glass). The OS also has a few shortcomings in terms of customization and features. In a sense, the Moto Razr (2022) does not have a lot on its plate to justify the premium price.
