Microsoft has issued a pair of new Beta Channel builds for Windows 11 today, 22621.741 and 22623.741. However, if you were on build 22622, you will automatically be able to modify the 22623 version via an enablement program:
The enablement package allows for the update to increase build number artificially, with new features being added and turned on to make it simpler to differentiate from devices with the update with features off by default. This approach is only used for the Beta Channel and does not reveal any changes or intentions for the final feature rollouts.
Insiders who entered the group with new features turned off by default can check for updates and choose to install the update that will have new features rolling out (Build 22623.xxx). As a result, you may check out the Windows Insider blog post for all of the information.
