Motorola's launch event is set for the 10th of May in China, but it may mislead the frontier flag ...

Motorola has announced that it will conduct a launch event in China on May 10 at 2pm CST/ 11:30am IST. However, some Motorola handsets have been previously discussed, and these may be the phones that the brand may launch. One of these is the Moto G82, which is said to be doing the rounds at various certification sites. The other is also expected to be a Frontier smartphone.

Motorola did not reveal what we could expect from the launch on Weibo. However, recent leaks have revealed what we could expect from this flagship offering. The Motorola Frontier is said to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor that will support up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 200-megapixel selfie shooter is also expected to be featured.

Another Motorola smartphone that has been a part of the speculation boom is the Moto G82. It has been allegedly spotted on several certification sites, including TENAA and China Compulsory Certification (3C). These alleged leaks suggest that the Moto G82 might feature a 6.55-inch pOLED full-HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It might also include a Snapdragon 695 SoC, along with a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a 5,000mAh battery.
