Microsoft Outlook will soon allow users to collaborate in email communications using the Loop compon ...

The first component for the Loop component was first launched in Microsoft Teams in 2021, allowing users to think, plan, and create together. Where users can send out a component on the platform, then everyone in the chat may change inline and changes will be made immediately.

The same feature tagged 93234 in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap is expected to reach general availability for Outlook on the Web and Windows desktop in November rather than September as previously indicated. It should have reached full wide availability by late December, rather than late September.

Users will be able to collaborate, modify the content inline, and see the changes made in real-time by simply inserting a Loop component via the toolbar or copying and pasting components between email and Teams chats. It is similar to the Microsoft Teams strategy.

eDiscovery workflows aren''t supported by anyone. Unless your organization is making use of them, you should turn it off.
