Apple, based in Cupertino, is planning to sell a portion of its iPhone production to India starting with the iPhone 14. A new research has now found that the iPhone-maker might make 25 percent iPhones in India by 2025.

According to JP Morgan''s sources, Apple is planning to make one out of every four iPhones in India by 2025, owing to China''s geopolitical uncertainty and strict COVID-19 lockdowns.

Earlier, Apple would begin making iPhone 14 in India just a few months after China-made iPhones were launched. According to the experts, Apple might increase production of all MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watch, and AirPods outside of China by 2025.

Taiwanese businesses, such as Hon Hai and Pegatron, are essential to their relocation to India. In the medium to long term, we also anticipate Apple to qualify local Indian manufacturing suppliers, according to a JP Morgan analyst.
