The company has officially announced the launch date for the ZTE Axon 30S. Its predecessor, the ZTE Axon 30 5G, has been reported to be equipped with an under-display selfie camera. The device, which is powered by a 6.92-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with 20.5:9 cinema-grade ratio, has a 4,200mAh battery.

The ZTE Axon 30S will be officially launched on September 26, according to a Weibo report. A recent report by GizmoChina suggests that the ZTE Axon 30S will also be equipped with an under-display camera. The smartphone from ZTE is also said to measure 7.8mm in thickness and weigh 192 grams. The biometric sensor of the upcoming ZTE smartphone will likely be beneath the display, similar to the selfie camera.

The ZTE Axon 30 5G, which was first launched in China this July, has the Axon 30S, which has already been mentioned.

The ZTE Axon 30 5G is compatible with MyOS 11, which is optimized for Android 11. It has a 6.92-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with an overall cinema-grade ratio. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.

The ZTE Axon 30 5G boasts a quad rear camera, which features a 64-megapixel sensor with a f/1.79 lens. The camera also includes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with 120-degree field of view, a 5-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
