New info has been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, as well as a brand-new third-person mode.
When I first encountered it in Call of Duty, that''s part of what made it difficult to get the hang of it. However, if you have a friend who was first-person challenged, then the Modern Warfare 2''s new third-person mode might be the solution.
The brand''s new hotel comes as part of Call of Duty: Next, a dedicated showcase that covers the series'' future, including Warzone 2, and the next Call of Duty mobile title. The trailer below, which once starts at the third-person mode announcement, is available now.
Change in view
The new Call of Duty third-person mode is only a brief second or two. However, it appears like it''s only in third-person while you''re running a snag on the map.
As soon as you aim, it has become first-person. It has been a labor of love, and has been in the works for a while. Infinity Ward''s co-design director (and former multiplayer designer), Joseph Cicot, said, "it''s a modifier on our game."
A ''water camera'' and''vehicle camera'' are likely to be introduced in different environments. Call of Duty third-person mode is also introducing to VR.
Cicot says the mode will launch this year, so it will no doubt be introduced in Modern Warfare 2. Right now, Call of Duty players can prepare for the Modern Warfare 2 beta, which will be released tomorrow for PlayStation players.
