Microsoft has just released the Dev Channel''s Windows 11 Insider build 25201, which along with the available ISOs for this build, an expanded Widgets board is beginning to expand to a small subset of Dev Insiders, and the Game Pass Widget is getting some improvements.
With a new expand and collapse button at the top right corner of the board, you''ll be able to expand the Widgets board once you have the new feature:
If your widgets board is to always show you more content and leave it expanded then thats how it will be the next time you open it.
[We are working on this, so all Insiders are unaware of the experience yet, as we wish to monitor feedback and see how it develops before deploying it to everyone.]
FEEDBACK: Please submit feedback in the Feedback Hub (WIN + F) under the Desktop Environment > Widgets.
The Game Pass Widget is being revamped to include a new sign in experience, so you''ll be able to sign in with your Xbox profile:
The Game Pass widget will be signed-in with your Xbox account if you have already installed the app on PC. The widget will show the whole range of Game Pass games you may have.
This is among the most recent Dev Channel enhancements and improvements, including the ability for File Explorer to show search results as you type, and updating search results without having to press Enter. Again, this is being rolled out. For the time being, you can get a full list of changes, modifications, and known issues on the blog post.
